Offline Build Planner
Build your skill setup locally, then download ready-to-use perk command files. In game, open the console with `~` and run `bat sf-remove-skills.txt` to respec, then run `bat sf-skills.txt` to apply the build. The remove file adds the selected background skills back once, the skill file adds only the remaining ranks, and loading a skill file assumes you already selected the same background.
